Welcome to Working with Luminara and the Autism Transformed Team

Directions: To help make your new client experience easier, we have created the videos below for your review. Please watch each video from start to finish to ensure your understanding of the bullet points outlined below each video. They are in bite size pieces, so you won't feel overwhelmed with all of the information at one time. You can always come back to the videos here if you forget or have questions.

Video #1: Welcome from Luminara and New Client Paperwork
TO DO's to get started:
  • Fill out the Health History Form here.
  • Fill out the Consent Form here.
  • NOTE: Paperwork must be filled out no later than 48 hours prior to your initial session, or we will need to reschedule. (It may take up to 2 months for our next opening.)
  • Please watch videos #2-4, and then keep an eye on your email inbox for more videos as we begin working together.
  • If you wish, you may send along any test results you have and they will be added to your file – you can email those to 
Video #2: Meet the Team
  • Luminara is who you will contact with updates on your child, any questions specific to NMT, etc. Luminara can be reached at For questions specific to the protocol, please post in our membership forum
  • Rebecca is the contact to schedule/change appointments, any billing/payments questions, and she will also send you reminder emails 48 hours prior to your session, and follow up emails after each session. Rebecca can be reached at
  • Carmel helps on our tech team. You may hear from her on occasion, if needed.
Video #3: Your Responsibilities
  • Fill out the Health History and Consent forms no later than 48 hours prior to your initial session, or we will need to reschedule (please refer to video #1 and the text below for links). We may not have an available appointment for up to 2 months if you need to reschedule.
  • If you wish, you may send along any test results you have and they will be added to your file – you can email those to .
  • Please put all of your child's appointments in your calendar. We do send out reminder emails as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to remember your sessions and to adhere to our rescheduling/cancellation policy (see video).
  • Pay for all sessions as agreed upon in your payment schedule.
  • Be present for all sessions, free from distractions.
  • Comply with dietary suggestions and recommended supplements, as discussed.
  • If you are doing NMT with us, please play your mp3 file as recommended (there will be a video about this coming later).
  • Please send an update on your child to Luminara 24 hours prior to each session. There will be instructions in your session reminder emails of what information she would like.
  • Send your child's saliva sample (slightly different for international clients) every two months.
  • Keep an eye on your email inbox for more videos as we begin working together.
Video #4: How We will Communicate with You
  • Send your child's saliva sample (slightly different for international clients) every two months. Please send 1-2 weeks prior to your upcoming session.
  • Watch your email for session reminders. Reply to reminder email with update on your child (or yourself).
  • After the session, you will receive an email with an online Dropbox folder containing your session reports, mp3 files, protocols and any other information we discuss.
  • If Luminara requests something specific please send directly to her email .
